Behind every part is a reliable operation—and that starts with a strong maintenance team.We're growing—and we're looking for skilled, hands-on individuals who take pride in fixing problems, improving equipment, and keeping production moving.The RoleThis isn't just reactive maintenance.You'll be responsible for keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and helping prevent downtime before it happens.What You'll DoPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsDiagnose issues and make timely repairs to minimize downtimePerform routine inspections and document maintenance activitySupport equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement effortsWork safely in a clean, organized manufacturing environmentWork Schedule & ExpectationsWe're hiring to support two separate shifts as we continue to grow:Day Shift: Typical schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through FridayOvernights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday through FridayShift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.
