Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Lake Mary/Ocala, FL (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products across central Florida. The role involves delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals, driving territory sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting marketing strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Implement marketing strategy and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, handle product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Conduct medical educational programs and drive appropriate product utilization
• Analyze sales effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industry experience preferred
• Product or hospital sales experience in specialty areas such as bone health, oncology, cardiology, or inflammation preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills focused on sales outcomes
• Knowledge of complex payer and reimbursement environments
• Local market familiarity in central Florida territory
