Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule. Your work hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs. On-call availability may be necessary during urgent situations, requiring a responsive and flexible approach to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of senior clients, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors that influence their well-being.

• Formulate personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, addressing individual goals, preferences, and assisting with transitions.

• Provide counseling services and emotional support to seniors and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of aging.

Qualifications\n
