Finance Manager

Job Title

Pay Range: $58.39hr - $63.39hr

Requirement/Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
• An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
• 8-10 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses, that summarize and forecast the organization’s financial position.
• Prepare special reports required by regulatory authorities.
• Direct the organization’s budgets to meet its financial goals.
• Oversee planning and reporting functions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide insights and analysis of variance to their plan/forecasts.
• Oversee the month end close and reporting.
• Partnering with HR on headcount planning and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of economic and accounting principles, SOX controls, policies, and reporting of financial data.

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.
