Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service

Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Arcadia, CA. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly over the phone and in person, and working in a small office environment where reliability, teamwork, and initiative are highly valued. The Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative will support customers with car insurance-related service needs, payment reminders, and general administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career candidate who is fluent in Mandarin and interested in building a long-term career in customer service, client care, or insurance support. Key Responsibilities - Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, helpful service in Mandarin and English.

• Assist clients over the phone and in person with car insurance-related questions and service needs.
• Contact customers to remind them about policy payments and help support timely account follow-up.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, documentation, and office support.
• Maintain a positive customer experience by communicating clearly, patiently, and professionally.
• Work closely with team members in a small office environment to support daily service goals.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay: $22 to $25 per hour.

• Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Location: Arcadia, CA.
• Work environment: Small office setting.
