Territory Sales Manager – OUTSIDE SALES - Road Warrior Position Overvie w Road warrior role responsible for driving sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP, and F&I products across assigned territory. Focus on independent and franchise automotive dealerships to grow revenue and market share Key Responsibilities Conduct frequent in-person visits and presentations to dealerships throughout the territory Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, F&I managers, and sales teams Deliver product training, sales support, and ongoing account management Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and pipeline management Identify new business opportunities and expand partnerships with dealerships Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract administration and customer service Requirements 3+ years of automotive sales or F&I experience preferred Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel extensively (road warrior – 80%+ time on the road) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong organizational and time management abilities Compensation Competitive base salary + uncapped commission, benefits package, mileage reimbursement, top of the line electronic equipment, phone reimbursement, and performance incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr VANTA Partners Inc
