Job Title

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $17.50hr - $22.50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• General knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience with hand tools.
• Ability to use blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications under supervision.
• Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facilitys structure, equipment and grounds, including all trades such as mechanical and plumbing.
• Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
• Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Works in both buildings on the campus with approximately 95% indoor and 5% outdoor tasks.
• Explains facts and practices related to job area.
• Works to achieve operational targets within job area.
• Communicates with contacts typically within the team to provide or obtain information requiring explanation.
• Follows established processes to complete routine tasks and escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.

Qualification And Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):

• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform occasional 2 person lifts.
