Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics setting during night shift hours
• Float as needed to additional affiliated facilities, which may include various regional campuses
• Work weekends as needed based on departmental scheduling requirements
• Maintain compliance with all facility-required annual competencies, modules, and credentialing requirements
• Complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Active Ohio RRT license required — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active NBRC certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
• Active BLS certification required — must be in hand at time of submission
• All required certifications must be active — nothing pending will be accepted
• Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine (cotinine) required within 12 months of start date, updated annually
• Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty are required; references must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro diagnostics or a related subspecialty within respiratory therapy
• Familiarity with multi-site or float pool environments across a health system
• Prior travel therapy experience with demonstrated compliance in high-requirement facility settings
