Requirements Our Requirements Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted LMHC license in the state of California Experience: Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting Clinical Track Record: A proven track record of improving clinical outcomes specifically for clients aged 65+ Insurance: Must provide proof of professional liability/malpractice insurance (minimum $1M claim limit/$3M aggregate) or be willing to purchase a policy prior to hire Credentials: Must have an active NPI.
