Essential Duties & Responsibilities Analyze large, structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers. Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business performance. Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI. Partner with stakeholders to define and build KPIs and translate business needs into reporting solutions. Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy. Support customer and product initiatives through data analysis and insights. Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence Experience working with cross-functional teams Skills & Abilities Demonstrates strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Demonstrates advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake) Demonstrates experience working with Snowflake and writing optimized queries. Demonstrates familiarity with enterprise data environments or data warehouses. Demonstrates strong understanding of relational data structures and data integrity best practices. Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings to customers, peers, and leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
