This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining collaborative communication with a supportive team. We offer flexible scheduling options, including the choice of 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapy and counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Perform comprehensive intake interviews to gather and analyze relevant social, personal, environmental, and health-related information about clients.
\n
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, behavioral, and emotional interventions for clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including crisis intervention and access to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting and respectful relationships with clients, fostering a safe environment for their healing journey.
\n
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, making adjustments as necessary based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment updates in accordance with established protocols, ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping.

• Manage a caseload as needed while ensuring timely and effective service delivery to all clients.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to enhance service delivery.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the clinic's overall mission.

The patients you will work with exhibit a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family and marital challenges, and grief. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and may face various socio-economic barriers. You will collaborate with them to identify their needs and support them in their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or in a related area.

• Previous experience in counseling individuals with behavioral mental health conditions, such as depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and family dynamics.

• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and community resource referrals.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
