Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for clients, gathering comprehensive data on their personal histories, presenting problems, and risk factors to create tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, to effectively address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing both in-person and virtual platforms, to enhance personal growth, emotional regulation, and adaptive coping mechanisms.

• Assure continuity of care through collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Manage crisis intervention scenarios, applying de-escalation skills and ensuring clients receive appropriate referrals for additional psychiatric care when necessary.

• Conduct psychoeducational sessions for clients and their families, providing valuable insights into mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and local resources.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by keeping accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and client progress notes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
