Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across a diverse age range, tailored to their unique needs and presenting concerns.

• Handle administrative responsibilities by utilizing our billing service that manages claims, insurance accounts receivable, and benefit checks, allowing you to concentrate on client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Schedule and manage ongoing appointments effectively through a shared calendar system, fostering accountability and consistency in client care.

• Engage with clients facing a variety of clinical presentations, employing evidenced-based practices that best serve their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is as diverse as the therapeutic approaches we employ. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. The Hospice Center setting allows you to provide compassionate support to clients and their families during critical phases of life, fostering emotional well-being in complex situations.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

• Must hold an active LCSW license, enabling independent practice.
\n
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, cultural competency, and possess strong therapeutic boundaries.

• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week.

• Previous work experience in a private practice or hospice environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive compensation and the benefit of being part of a well-resourced team.
