Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, diagnose patients' mental health conditions using established tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to create tailored care plans.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and implement evidence-based interventions that align with their mental health diagnoses, fostering improvements in mental health outcomes.

• Document patient treatment records, clinical notes, and reports accurately and efficiently, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Collaborate actively with patients, family members, and the multidisciplinary care team to develop and adjust treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of those involved.

• Ensure patient safety and symptom reduction by devising appropriate objectives and strategies during treatment planning sessions.

• Facilitate referrals and act as a key point of contact among patients, treatment providers, and community resources.

• Engage in educational initiatives by mentoring students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a culture of growth and support within the team.

• Participate in clinical supervision activities, including peer review, chart auditing, and coaching, as directed by clinical supervisors.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
