**This position pays a daily rate of $250REAL Journey Academies (RJA) is a non-profit charter school management organization designed to significantly increase college entrance and graduation rates for underserved students in the Inland Empire. We aim to impact and revitalize communities through the development of education and other supportive partnerships.Job PurposeUnder the direction of the site administrator, the Resident Substitute Teacher provides consistent, on-site classroom coverage and supports continuity of learning and student engagement across the campus.Resident Substitutes support both planned and day-to-day absences, including coverage for IEP meetings and other scheduled needs, and help maintain clear expectations and routines for learners.
