Overview High-profile ultra-high-net-worth private family office is seeking a Senior Executive Personal Assistant to support a Principal in San Francisco. This is a high-impact role for someone with experience supporting top-tier principals and who brings strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail to managing complex personal and operational priorities. Job Title: Senior Executive Personal Assistant. Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite). Compensation: $200K - $300K base + benefits. Industry: Private Family Office. About the Role: As the Senior Executive Personal Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the Principal, supporting both day-to-day execution and broader coordination across personal and household operations. You will play a key role in ensuring priorities are managed effectively, workflows remain organized, and operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Principal, managing priorities, workflows, and day-to-day execution Coordinate across household staff, vendors, advisors, and external partners to ensure alignment across all operations Oversee special projects end-to-end, including events, travel logistics, property-related initiatives, and personal projects Manage communications, including drafting correspondence, organizing updates, and tracking key details Identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve processes across household and family office operations Qualifications Experience supporting UHNW principals or private family offices Hospitable and service-oriented Proactive, patient, and detail-oriented Discreet with strong judgment Unflappable in fast-paced environments Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
