LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Mount Pleasant, PA and surrounding areas. We provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. Positions are available for full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends). Pay Range: from $30 per hour. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
