Facilities Coordinator

Supporting a multi-site portfolio, the full-time remote Facilities Coordinator will manage work orders, coordinate vendor services, and oversee purchase orders to ensure seamless facility operations for clients across the Western U.S. and Midwest. Key responsibilities: Monitor and manage open work orders to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation Dispatch service requests and coordinate with technicians and vendors to support facility operations Create and manage purchase orders and process vendor invoices for maintenance activities Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, plus 2 or more years of relevant experience Experience in administrative or operational processes, particularly in finance-related activities Proven customer service experience with a professional and solutions-oriented approach Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred
