Marketing Specialist

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Office-based Turn Marketing Plans Into Meaningful Results. Effective marketing takes a combination of creative thinking, careful planning, and an understanding of what motivates customers. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist in West Columbia, SC to coordinate marketing initiatives, support campaign development, and help strengthen brand awareness. You’ll work with the wider team to organize campaigns, prepare marketing materials, research audiences, and monitor activity across different promotional channels. This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing creative ideas with practical execution and wants to contribute to marketing projects that support business objectives. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives from planning through to execution. Develop and organize marketing materials, presentations, and campaign briefs. Research target audiences, customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends. Help maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing communications. Support promotional events, product or service campaigns, and brand awareness activities. Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and campaign deliverables. Work with internal teams to gather information and keep marketing projects on track. Monitor campaign activity and maintain accurate records of progress. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement. Assist with preparing marketing reports and campaign performance summaries. Support digital marketing, social media, email, and content initiatives where required. Recommend practical improvements to campaign coordination and marketing effectiveness. You should be comfortable managing several priorities, working collaboratively, and using information to help improve marketing activities. Previous experience in marketing, communications, brand management, sales, customer service, events, or promotional activities is beneficial. Familiarity with campaign reporting, digital platforms, or marketing research would be an advantage.
