Qualifications and Skills: Current certification and licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience or training in early childhood education, ideally with preschool ages Previous work with assessment teams or students in Mild Moderate SDC settings is highly valued Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with educators, families, and support staff Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for a diverse student population Primary Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to preschool students as part of a multidisciplinary team Contribute to the Preschool Assessment Team, supporting accurate identification and intervention planning Provide targeted therapy and documentation for Mild Moderate 1-2 SDC class members Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and family communication Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs and promote classroom integration You’ll be surrounded by colleagues eager to support your professional growth while you make a lasting impact in the lives of young children.
