Front Desk Wellness Coordinator - Full Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a goal-oriented, proactive, and service-minded Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This customer-facing role plays a key part in patient experience, front office operations, and clinic growth. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
- Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
- Support the clinic's sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
- Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
- Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
- Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
- Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
- Social Media/Marketing Activities: Create reels/videos, post content to FB and IG, design flyers, capture patient testimonials, etc.
Qualifications
College degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred
Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills
Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Office management or marketing experience is a plus

Schedule
This role requires availability weekdays and weekends with occasional travel between Annapolis and Crofton/Gambrills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience
- Bonus potential
- 4-5 day workweek and weekends
