Brammeier Dental of Naperville is seeking a Dental Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a key position within our practice, serving as the primary point of contact for patients while helping them understand and move forward with recommended dental treatment. We are looking for someone who is organized, confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Patient Care & Communication Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs Manage appointment scheduling and provider schedules efficiently Confirm appointments and maintain recall systems Respond to patient questions regarding treatment, appointments, and financial arrangements Treatment Coordination Present treatment plans and explain recommended care Discuss fees, insurance estimates, and payment options Help patients understand the value and benefits of treatment Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Assist in improving treatment acceptance and patient retention Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit and track insurance claims as needed Explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records Assist with account follow-up and collections Administrative Duties Check patients in and out Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate communication between clinical and administrative teams Support daily office operations and team goals Qualifications Dental front office experience is a must Knowledge of dental insurance and benefit verification Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Eaglesoft, our dental practice management software Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Builds trust easily with patients Communicates confidently and professionally Takes ownership of responsibilities Thrives in a fast-paced environment Pays close attention to detail Understands the importance of both patient care and practice success About Us Brammeier Dental of Naperville is a fee for service, patient-focused family practice committed to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming environment.
