What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience : 5+ years in estimating or preconstruction roles, with a focus on public works projects.
2. Work Ethic : Strong experience with Hard bids and a willingness to estimate your own work.
3. Leadership : Ability to lead teams, make quick decisions, and manage projects through the Preconstruction phase.
4. Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
