Access Control Specialist

*Description* Install, wire, and program access control, network cameras, and door hardware. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system design drawings. Perform system start-ups, checkouts, and basic customer training. Excellent understanding of blueprints, design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring, wiring methods, and cable support installation (J-Hook, Raceway, Conduit, Cable Support). Very familiar with basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures unassisted. Excellent customer focus and ability to work under pressure. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper) and ability to read blueprints and drawings; solid math skills. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
