Summary:

Supporting the accounting department including working closely with the CFO. Job Duties include Preparing financials and budget reports, Quarterly 941 and assisting in financial audits. Construction billing and job costing, AP, AR, PR, Invoicing. Strong supervisory and management skills in the accounting department.

JOB DUTIES:

· Preparing monthly financials and budget reports

· Quarterly 941

· Reconciliation of accounts including credit card statements

· Assisting in financial audits

· Construction job costing and closeout of projects

· Construction contracts/change orders

· A/P, A/R, PR

· Billings using A1A documents and similar

· Assisting the CFO with various duties

· Strong supervisory and management skills within the accounting/administration department.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

· 5 years or more experience as an Assistant Controller or higher

· Highly organized and detail oriented

· Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Accounting Software

· Degree in Accounting or Finance

· Professional Certifications a plus

· Employment longevity

· Works well with others and communicates in a Professional manner
