Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing and maintaining rapport while upholding ethical treatment standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriate timelines for discharge planning.

• Create, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation, including up-to-date progress notes and treatment records, consistent with licensing regulations.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to discuss client cases and professional development.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
\n
• Embrace a growth mindset, continuously seeking to improve personal and professional development within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a varied clientele, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. The outpatient focus allows for therapeutic interventions that respect the client’s home and community environments, promoting an inclusive and holistic treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Georgia.
\n
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including electronic documentation platforms and MS Office applications.
\n
• Expertise in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth services is highly desirable due to the nature of our practice.

• Familiarity with documenting in a fee-for-service environment will be beneficial.

• Prior experience with holistic and integrative treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and skill level. Additional benefits include:
