You will report to the Business Manager and work with other accountants in an on-site office environment.

Location: 2285 Route 22 West Union, NJ 07083

Target Hiring Range: $20.00-25.00

What You'll Do

• Submission of Service Contracts
• Submission of Warranty Contracts
• New car purchases and Dealer trades
• Record used car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Process cash receipts
• Regional check runs
• Process and payment of vendor invoices
• FTC reconciliation
• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)
• Post to Intercompany accounts
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year Accounting experience- familiar with COA, debits and credits
• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel
• High School Diploma (required)
• 1+ years of Auto Industry Experience
• Retail Sales or Customer Service

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is $21.00-24.00 an hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
