Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Lunch 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. Some Fridays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

To prosper as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you should possess the following:

• At least 1 year of dental experience (clinical or front office)
• Dental Treatment Coordinator experience is preferred but not required
• Dental Assistants looking to transition into a front office role are encouraged to apply, we'll train the right candidate!
• Solid computer skills and comfort with technology
• Experience with Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend) preferred
• Personable and professional communication skills
• Stellar time management and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

More about your role as a Dental Treatment Coordinator:

• Help patients understand their recommended treatment and financial options
• Schedule and confirm appointments while providing exceptional patient service
• Update patient and insurance information
• Enter patient payments and insurance information into patient accounts
• Prepare daily deposits
• Run A/R reports and assist with insurance follow-up
