We are looking for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psychiatric PA or PMHNP) in the greater Chapel Hill market to partner with us and help achieve that mission. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations, individualized treatment plans, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. Collaborate with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records using the EMR system. Track outcomes through measurement‑based care to inform treatment plans. Qualifications Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of North Carolina. One year of professional work experience for Psych PA’s; medical experience also preferred. Active DEA license (for medication prescribing). Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate electronic health records. Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Passion for high quality care and a commitment to evidence‑based practice.
