Customer Care Representative Remote

Must reside in California. We are seeking employees to join our company working remotely across California. Due to COVID-19 we have been able to restructure our day-to-day work and now it can be done remotely. We work in conjunction with different unions across California, providing them with the benefits they receive on behalf of their union. The role of a Union Benefits Coordinator would be to assist each member in receiving their specific benefits.
