Sales Representative - Maryland/Virginia - Enabling Technologies

Stryker seeks a field-based sales representative to promote and sell enabling technology solutions including spine navigation, imaging systems, and surgical planning software across Maryland and Virginia. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing clinical support in surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and office settings
• Educate surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on product use, care, and maintenance
• Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term partnerships through service excellence
• Analyze territory and sales performance data to develop growth strategies

Requirements

• High school diploma or 6 years equivalent professional work experience
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years B2B or medical device sales experience with quota achievement track record preferred
• Prior operating room sales support or clinical selling experience preferred

Compensation: 100% commission eligible for bonuses and benefits
