Job Details

As a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:

• JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling M&A transactions including private equity and/or other private target transactions
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is required
