Operates with a Housing First philosophy; utilizing Harm Reduction, Progressive Engagement and Trauma-Informed Care methodologies of client engagement and care recognizing that all services are client driven. Lead Case Manager will work closely with the Program Director to provide support and guidance to the case management team. Will work closely with community service organizations in meeting the housing needs of clients. The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking enthusiastic and passionate candidates for our Rapid ReHousing Program (RRH). We are seeking a lead case manager who is dedicated to working with homeless individuals providing assistance, advocacy, and support to them as they move quickly into housing and provide client-driven services to assist in maintaining housing. Lead Case Manager will work closely with the Program Director to provide support and guidance to the case management team. Will work closely with community service organizations in meeting the housing needs of clients.
