Operational Specialist

Yibi Hantang is a brand growth and lifestyle licensing platform focused on helping international luxury and premium brands explore new opportunities in the China market. Leveraging Yibi Group’s manufacturing expertise, China market understanding and cross-border partnership capabilities, Hantang supports global brands in product development, licensing projects, brand localization and market expansion. About the Role Based in California, the Brand Operations Specialist will support daily brand operations, project coordination and communication between our U.S. team, China headquarters and international brand partners. This role is ideal for someone who understands premium brands, enjoys cross-cultural collaboration and can help transform strategic ideas into well-executed projects. Responsibilities Support daily operations for brand development and licensing projects. Coordinate communication between U.S. partners, China teams and external agencies. Assist with project timelines, documentation, meeting preparation and follow-up actions. Support market research on luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends. Assist in preparing presentations, reports and brand-related materials. Track project progress and ensure smooth execution across different teams and time zones. Support brand events, partner communication and other marketing initiatives when required. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in brand operations, project coordination, marketing, luxury, fashion or related industries. Strong interest in luxury brands, consumer trends and lifestyle industries. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across different time zones. Strong communication and coordination skills. Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus. Must be based in California, USA.
