This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, inventory controls, cash flow, and internal controls while partnering with leadership to drive business performance. Controller Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
- Maintain internal controls and compliance
- Coordinate audits and tax support
- Partner with operations on margins, inventory, and capital spending
- Supervise accounting staff and improve processes
- CPA/CMA preferred
- 5+ years of accounting leadership experience
- 5+ Manufacturing experience required
- Strong cost accounting and ERP systems knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
