Job Description Supports Medicare Advantage plans by closing gaps in care, primarily across three medication adherence measures for diabetic members. Top Skills' Details CPhT certification and call center experience are the most critical things we are looking for. This is a call center environment where people will be making up to 100+ calls a day. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-C Medical Assistant Certs NOT ACCEPTED (NCCT, AAH, NAHP) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls Bilingual a MAJOR plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese (must be proficient in English AND second language) Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
