Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 09:00 PMTue01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for access, and maintain visitor and delivery logs in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, sales areas, stockroom access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and policy violations. Observe and report unusual activity, maintain awareness of restricted areas and regulated product storage locations, and support a professional environment for employees and customers. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
