Hourly | Part-Time or Full-Time | Back-of-House | Kitchen-Focused | Krave Krew | Weekend Availability Required

WHO YOU ARE:

You work well under pressure, follow recipes with precision, and take pride in creating food that looks and tastes great. Whether it’s Friday night rush or a big birthday order, you move fast, stay organized, and keep it clean.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Krave Line Cook, you'll prepare food items according to recipes, maintain food safety standards, and support overall kitchen operations to keep service running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook all Krave menu items consistently and according to portion standards.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and presentation to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen station throughout service.
• Stock and label all food items following safety and rotation standards.
• Assist with kitchen prep and restocking as needed throughout shifts.
• Communicate with front-of-house staff for order coordination.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily checklists.
• Report any equipment issues or low inventory to the manager on duty.

WHAT IT TAKES:

• Prior kitchen or line cook experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train.
• Safe Serve certification is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a hot, fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and follow instructions carefully.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on consistency.
• Must be available to work weekends.
