Pay $80,000 - $200,000+ per year (Base + Profit Sharing) Job Description The Branch Director serves as both the revenue driver and operational leader of a local CareCo office. This role blends community-based sales with hands‑on operational leadership - building referral relationships, driving client growth, and ensuring high‑quality care delivery. This role is also a unique opportunity to pioneer a new CareCo office in a market where we do not yet have an established presence. It requires someone who is energized by building from the ground up - creating community connections, establishing a referral network, and laying the operational foundation for long‑term success. We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in sales or business development and experience leading a team. Industry background matters less than the ability to build trust, take ownership, and deliver results.
