You must be willing and able to work at our downtown Los Angeles or Beverly Hills office. Description As a legal assistant, you will support a talented team of dedicated legal practitioners, managing case logistics and documentation while maintaining high standards of service. Key Responsibilities Clear deposition availability and coordinate calling with providers Assist with non‑retained portions of the 2034 docket Complete FROG questionnaires and verification forms Prepare discovery charts and related materials Serve subpoena objections for records and depositions File requests for dismissal or default with direction Prepare IDC statements and related forms Compile discovery shells, deposition summaries, and response summaries Arrange court calls or court connect for hearings Execute stipulation to continuation trial and similar documents Send notices of joinder for depositions Propound supplemental discovery to defendants when due Serve DME responses, objections, and oppositions Obtain mediator availability Upload conformed copies of initial case documents to CMS Serve complaints with statements of damages (All City or CalWest) Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of litigation experience College degree required unless you have more than 5 years of experience Proficiency in Office365, familiarity with CA Code of Civil Procedure, local rules, and CRM/CMS systems Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required Salary: $39 - $45 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
