Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through phone calls, emails, networking, local outreach, and referrals.
• Connect with businesses and organizations that need branded apparel, uniforms, promotional merchandise, and custom printing.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and guide prospects from initial conversation through purchase.
• Learn customers’ needs, budgets, and deadlines to recommend suitable products and customization options.
• Prepare accurate quotes, present pricing, and follow up to close sales.
• Build relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat orders and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, quotes, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with customer service, graphics, and production teams to confirm order details and communicate expectations.
• Work toward established sales goals and report on pipeline activity and results.
• Represent Print Oracle professionally during customer meetings and showroom visits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and reaching out to new prospects.
• Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product options clearly.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Experience in custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, or B2B sales is a plus.
