Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members. Assist with coverage and claims related questions. Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products. Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution. Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner. Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned. Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
