Sales Capture Senior Manager – Responsibilities As a Sales Capture Senior Manager you will shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service. You will lead opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture’s offerings. Key responsibilities include: Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs. Interact with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits. Define pursuit strategies, develop compelling client messaging, and build trusted executive relationships. Bring differentiated, industry‑leading perspectives leveraging AI‑enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data & AI, application development and management, and infrastructure services. Demonstrate strong proficiency in cloud and AI platforms to shape and deliver scalable, business‑driven solutions. Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities. Travel may be required; the amount varies from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience selling capital market opportunities. Minimum of 8 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience. Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience with a quota of at least $10M. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience selling financial services opportunities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required. Bonus qualifications: experience working within G2000 customers; experience building and managing C‑Level client relationships; proven ability to work in a team‑oriented environment; demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration (military or civilian); high energy level, focus, and ability to excel in demanding client environments; excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership, problem solving, and decision‑making abilities; unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character. Compensation and Benefits Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set, and experience.
