Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Oversee the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
• Maintain open communication with residents' families regarding their care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all nursing activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
