Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact working in a supportive school environment by providing speech-language services to middle school students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract role focuses on direct collaboration with students and oversight of an SLPA, delivering essential support to the middle school community near Lakeville, MN.

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable overseeing and collaborating with an SLPA
• Ability to provide services on-site (this is not a remote or voco position)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students at two middle schools, following individualized education plans and school guidelines
• Supervise and support one SLPA, ensuring best practices and compliance with district requirements
• Maintain thorough documentation of all services provided and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student assessments and goal-setting
• Serve as a resource for school staff and families regarding speech-language concerns
