Technical Business Analyst

Skills Needed:

• Candidates need to have 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in SQL and RESTful API's is key for this requisition
• If submitting candidates with at most 8 years of relative experience, please make sure they also have some experience or knowledge with API's and Microservices.
• Business Analyst expertise + Proficiency in SQL and RESTful API's is key for this requisition. Excellent written and verbal skills, Strong problem-solving skills, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro).

• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries and pull reports.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design, consumption, and documentation).
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear process flows, SOPs, and API reference guides.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at presenting complex information.
• Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies, and take ownership of documentation quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro).
