Dispatching AssistantBark & Mane Mobile Pet Grooming is looking for an organized, dependable Dispatching Assistant to support the General Manager and our North Central Naples and Bonita Springs team. This role helps coordinate daily scheduling, client communication, and lead follow-up for our mobile grooming team.ResponsibilitiesAssist the General Manager with daily dispatching and schedulingReach out promptly to new leads by phone, text, and online platformsAnswer questions, follow up with prospective clients, and convert leads into booked appointments while meeting the company's expected conversion rateGather client and pet details and help schedule grooming appointmentsUpdate appointment information and client records in our scheduling systemHelp coordinate groomer schedules, service areas, and travel timeSend appointment confirmations and updatesFollow up with clients after appointments and help with rebookingKeep accurate notes and share important pet or appointment detailsAttend occasional company eventsRequired qualificationsPrevious experience in the pet grooming industryKnowledge of dog and cat breeds and common grooming servicesCustomer service backgroundReliability and excellent communication skills are essentialStrong organization and attention to detailComfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and textAble to manage changing priorities professionallyValid driver's license and reliable transportationReliable internet and a quiet place to workAble to complete 2–3 months of in-person training in Cape Coral to learn our systems and businessA plusKnowledge of the Naples and Bonita Springs areaPosition detailsFull-time position supporting our North Central Naples and Bonita Springs service areaRemote after successful completion of the initial in-person trainingCompensation based on experienceStart date to be determinedDrug test and criminal background check will be conductedTo apply, please send your résumé and a brief note about your grooming industry and customer service experienceFlexible work from home options available.
