Facilities Dispatcher & Scheduler - Afterhours & Remote

Leo Inc

Leo is seeking a dispatcher/coordinator to respond to client inquiries, update work orders, and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and teamwork across internal and external contacts. You will handle afterhours and on-call shifts, source vendors, obtain quotes, and maintain accurate job tracking in client portals. 1–3 years in a similar role is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
