Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empathic Sage Counseling, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions to address personal issues that affect family dynamics.
\n
• Specialize in a variety of challenging areas, including alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job-related stress, and adjustments to separation and divorce.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
\n
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations and case reviews with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population, with a focus on supporting adults and children/adolescents alike. Integral to this role is the ability to foster meaningful connections with clients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey toward healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active LMFT license.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
