Corporate Paralegal

This Corporate Paralegal will play a key role in supporting high‑profile corporate transactions, including IPOs, M&A deals, and securities matters. Working closely with attorneys across a nationally recognized corporate practice, the position offers hands‑on involvement in complex deal execution, due diligence, SEC filings, and corporate governance matters. Description Prepare and manage corporate documents, including board meeting materials and resolutions. Assist with compliance and regulatory filings to ensure adherence to applicable laws. Conduct research and gather information to support legal projects. Maintain and organize corporate records and contracts. Support due diligence efforts and assist with transactional matters. Coordinate with external counsel and other departments as needed. Handle administrative tasks related to the legal department. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions of legal filings. Profile A successful Corporate Paralegal should have: A Bachelor's Degree. 2+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience. Strong research skills; utilizing legal research software Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, CapMx, ShareWorks, Carta, etc. Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation. Understanding of corporate and securities law, including SEC regulations. Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Ability to conduct thorough legal and factual research. Ability to work accurately and meticulously, ensuring the accuracy of documents and filings. Job Offer Competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000. Comprehensive benefits package.
